Shipping & Processing Policy

Processing & Shipping
Each watch is hand-assembled and tested by our artisans to ensure optimal water resistance and precision. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for processing and building before your order is shipped.

Delivery Times
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. Estimated delivery times are 5 to 7 business days, depending on your region. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed; delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of matimods.

Signature Required
We offer secure shipping with a signature required upon delivery for all of our collector's timepieces. If no one is available to sign for the package, the carrier's redelivery or pickup process will apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at matimodswatches@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 days so we can open a claim with the carrier. matimods will [replace / refund / investigate before deciding], at our discretion, once a carrier claim has been reviewed.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. matimods is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Because each watch is hand-assembled to order, cancellations or changes to an order can only be accommodated within 24 hours of purchase, before assembly has begun.
